We received this book to review from Team KBC.
Each page has an animal with minimal illustrations. The animal has been given a name like “Noorie the Cat”. The text then describes what the animal is doing in the illustration like “eating a carrot”.
In my opinion, it’s a nice and cute book when you want to introduce these animals. The minimal illustrations would help kiddos to focus and not get distracted.
It would have been highly useful in a condition like the Covid lockdown when everyone was locked in the house and had lost touch from the surroundings.
N hasn’t taken to the book probably because she knows these animals well. Apart from lamb, she has seen them on a daily basis.
I would like to conclude that this book is good for younger kids upto 1.5 years of age.
Other books in this series are My First Fun Animals Book (review by Ann Jacob) and My First Funny Jungle Book (review by Shraddha).
