Contests on kids book cafe are always exciting! This time we have some Tree Love to celebrate!
Meet the latest wonderful release from Wonder House Books – Sandalwood’s Story by Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan and illustrated by Ishan Trivedi! This book not only celebrates tree love, but also reminds the reader that each one of us, irrespective of size, is unique and special! A much needed sweet message that too from one tree to another!

Over the next 4 weeks we will have FOUR INTERESTING PROMPTS where 10 of our kbc members will have the opportunity to win a copy each of the stunning book Sandalwood’s Story!

PROMPT ONE – Tree Love through an image!
Share a photograph of your child hugging his/her favourite tree and tell us a bit about it.
OR
Share a photograph of your favourite tree and tell us what you love about it.

The idea of this creative prompt is for us to celebrate the trees in our life that have created memories we cherish. It is an opportunity to teach our children to love trees!

If you woke up as a tree, which tree would you be, where would you be and what would you do on an eventful day?

Criteria for participation: For residents of India only (as shipping abroad is an issue).
Age no bar! Contest is open to both children and parents (we will be specifying as there are different criteria for different prompts). But only one entry per family is allowed per prompt!! (the same family can participate in different prompts)
Judges’ decision is final.
Contest duration across all 4 prompts: 16 Aug-15 Sept, 2024 (EOD). Entries to each prompt will be open for a week only.
