How full is your bucket is one of the best books that I have read recently.
Felix was mean to his sister and his grandfather said that you emptied her bucket. Felix laughed at this but next day he finds a bucket hanging over his head, in fact over everyone’s head. Every time something bad happens, water drips away from the bucket while every time he is happy, droplets fill up the bucket.
It doesn’t take him long to realise that every act of kindness towards another person not just fills his bucket, but the other person’s too as he made them happy.
A book with a great lesson taught in a beautiful simple way. Excellent read to teach the concept of joys and worries which make or break our day sometimes. And how nothing compares to kindness to all.
Must must read for every 6-7 year old.
