WOW ROOMI!!! this is such an exciting and extended list! kudos to you! how did you manage to remember all the books the boys have loved over the years, that too after so long?!! i guess you’ve really been an integral part of their reading journey!
do you remember our nddb library? i was there ever so often and have very fond memories from 5th std finishing all the famous five, tintin, alfred hitchcock, nancy drew, hardy boys, agatha christie and then of course hardcore adult fiction.
i owe much of it to that little library we all shared!
thank u ever so much for sharing your boys’ list of fav books – i hope one day soon you come visit us india and i get to meet them!
I remember these books because we still have them! 🙂 Like I said, boys are attached to their baby books. The NDDB library was one of my favorite places to go to. The love for mystery books is thanks to that library. And can’t forget the thick bounded collections of Amar Chitra Katha we had there. Hope to make a trip to beautiful Goa and finally see you in person soon!
Noted this above list. Must try some for sure. Thanks for sharing your book world with us.
I would like to mention that as first time parents, we went by the book 😀 And that book was Baby Brain Basics Guidebook by Brilliant Beginnings. It had recommendations for which books to read and games to play at different stages of growth. A lot of our first books are from that guide. The list grew depending on the kids’ interests.
Very informative👍👍I am always confuse for which book to order for my 20 months old kiddo. As an adult we are quite sure about our interest but it is difficult to choose for kids. All the book reviews at KBC is helping a lot to choose different kind of books.
